Zach had spent 17 years as an educator, mediator, facilitator, and coach. He specializes in violence prevention and conflict management and has worked with special forces, law enforcement, emergency first responders, violent crime offenders, and crisis workers. In 2008, Zach co-created Red Kite Project, the world's first workforce development firm that uses methods built in war zones to help professionals in the harshest jobs to survive and thrive. In 2014 he co-founded Red Kite Rising, a martial arts based trauma healing program for veterans of war and homeless youth. He has trained in martial arts throughout his life since he was 7 and uses boxing as his best tool to de-stress.
