Obviously, you want your wedding dress to be the best look you've ever worn, but that doesn't mean you need to break the bank to make your dream a reality! Contrary to popular belief, there are plenty of dresses that cut cost, not style.
So how exactly do you slice the price of an item that can run anywhere between $500 and $25,000? One great way is to look for a more slim-fitting silhouette. (The more fabric a dress has, the higher the price tag.) In a similar vein, look for dresses with more subtle details, perhaps a lace bodice rather than a full lace dress. Also, note that fabrics like chiffon and less complex lace are more affordable than duchess satin or silk.
