10 Women-Hosted Podcasts You Should Be Listening to Right Now

When it comes to podcasts, there are a million to choose from. I know you probably don't have the time to do that, so I'm giving you 10 women-hosted podcasts that are informative and enjoyable.

If you are anything like me, you think there are not enough hours in the day to get it all done and keep learning new things. I find that podcasts are a great way to listen and learn while driving in the car, doing the laundry or working out at the gym. In fact, anytime I am doing something less than mentally stimulating, I pop in my headphones and listen to a podcast.

When it comes to podcasts, there are a million to choose from. I know you probably don't have the time to do that, so I'm giving you 10 women-hosted podcasts that are informative and enjoyable. I've included links to each of the podcasts, but you can find all of them in iTunes or through your favorite podcast app.

Who doesn't love TED talks? I am a big fan of these "ideas worth spreading." Most TED talks are just as good in audio form as they are in video, so you can get your daily dose of mind-expanding content on the TEDTalks podcast. Some of my favorite female talks are Elizabeth Gilbert, Stephanie Shirley and Amanda Palmer.

2. Women in Wellness w/Dr. Gabby

5. Art of Mindful Wealth w/Leisa Peterson

6. Best Work/Best Life w/Kathy & Mo

Kathy & Mo have created a podcast for working women with illuminating advice about how to reach their highest professional visions. In the Best Work/Best Life podcast, you'll get fun, fresh tips and engaging interviews with leading experts.

7. The Wellness Wonderland w/Katie Dalebout

Katie is passionate about wellness and loves talking to bloggers, authors, yogis, artists, entrepreneurs, and coaches. 8. Magic Lessons w/Elizabeth Gilbert

Elizabeth created a cool podcast called Magic Lessons where she offers advice and support to struggling writers. In every other episode, she calls one of her high-profile friends like Brené Brown to get their thoughts about creativity and breaking through creative blocks.

9. Being Boss w/ Emily Thompson + Kathleen Shannon

Emily and Kathleen have an honest, down-to-earth approach to life and work. In the Being Boss podcast, they aren't afraid to ask hard questions about how to deal with the messy parts of business and stay connected to the purpose and passion of your dream career.

10. Writing Class Radio w/Andrea Askowitz and Allison Langer

Andrea is a writing teacher for people who love memoir. She partnered with Allison to create the Writing Class Radio podcast for people who love stories and who get inspired by hearing other people tell their stories and who want to learn a little bit about how to write their own stories.
