Ocean: Rhythms

This photo is a shot of the ocean between Bronte and Bondi Beaches in Australia. The whole world has beaches because land around the world is surrounded by oceans, which connect us all through tides, waves, currents, and the sea life within. The ocean can be wonderful or deadly, but that in itself is a rhythm. Salty water is like the amniotic fluid we all breathe in first. No wonder the number one summer destination for pleasure and relaxation is the beach! It's like coming home.

Are you connected to the natural rhythms around you? What is your rhythm, and is it in synch with your desires? Every wave is followed by another, every tide, pulled by the moon, is followed by another. In and out. Like breathing, only eternal. Connect with the rhythms of nature and you will find your own natural rhythm.

Make sure to come back tomorrow!
