Victor Drai, the pioneer of the nightlife scene in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for the past 20 years, is reinventing the steakhouse experience of the masculine vibe, dark rooms and stuffy waiters. Rare By Drai's is a modern, stylish and excessive eatery in the heart of the Sunset Plaza.
