Rapper 2 Chainz Donates Home To Family Of 11

Uncle 2 Chainz came through.

A family of 11 who faced eviction now has a new place to call home, all thanks to "Uncle" 2 Chainz.

The rapper donated a five-bedroom house to the family through his TRU Foundation, which aims to help families in need in the Atlanta area.

The family, which has nine kids including two sets of twins, were previously living in a 2-bedroom house ridden with black mold, cockroaches and a raccoon infestation.

The father was unable to work due to health problems, making their situation even more dire.

“We ain’t know where we was gonna go,” the dad said in a video of the donation which was posted on YouTube. “We was not looking forward to nothing like this. It is way over our head, but we gonna learn how to deal with it."

2 Chainz learned about the family's predicament through a GoFundMe campaign created by Atlanta’s Progression Church. He decided to help out, using the proceeds from his widely popular "Santa Dabbing" Christmas sweaters, which reportedly raked in nearly $2 million dollars in sales as of last year, and are still on sale here.

As for the family, 2 Chainz said he is just happy to know that all nine kids will have a chance at a better life.

“I’m looking forward to seeing their smiles," he said in the video. "I'm looking forward to them kids growin' up knowin' that Uncle 2 Chainz came through. Ya dig?"
