2010 MTV Movie Awards Gifting Suites

In honor of this year's MTV Movie Awards, Hollywood rolled out the gifting suites once again. Here's a sprinkling of those that popped up around town.

In honor of this year's MTV Movie Awards, Hollywood rolled out the gifting suites once again. Here's a sprinkling of those that popped up around town:

The 2010 MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet Style Lounge presented by Marc Jacobs, Secret Room Events and the SLS Hotel:

Charity: To Write Love On Her Arms, a non-profit movement to help those struggling with depression, addition, self-injury and suicide.

Awesome item: Yoostar's entertainment system that allows users to star in movie scenes with the original actors. With over 800 movies to chose from, the system comes with a camera, microphone, green screen and software that lets you digitally remove the an actors, insert yourself and deliver your own line reading opposite a star.

Awesome runner-ups: Wire-free charge pads and mobile phone skins from Pure Energy's; Konad Stamping Nail Art - a nail imprinting kit that stamps on images on the nails; Kymaro's Rhythm Rocker, an exercise seat that tilts 360 degrees and works out your core.

Other items: Candles and home fragrance diffuser from Paris based Rigaud; Rough Justice footwear, Camacho Cigars, Happy Hour Effect dietary supplements, skincare from The Body Shop, Vitale, Mesoestetic and Palmer's Cocoa Butter. For dogs there were Power Paws fashionable socks and for the little kids, there were chic fashions from My Vintage Baby Direct.

Upon leaving, celebs got an extra VIP gift bag that was chock full of goodies including dresses and sequined jackets from Halston Heritage, hip hair ties from Twistband, Wellness dog treats and one year membership to online stationary Cocodot. Gift certificates in the bag included a pair Montrail shoes and a complimentary winery tour and barrel tasting at Eagle Castle Winery in Paso Robles, CA.

Melanie Segal's Celebrity Save Our Seas Lounge in celebration of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards held at the House of Blues.

Charity: The event raised funds and awareness for the devastating oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Each celebrity attendee got a tree planted in their honor and funds donated to help wildlife affected by the gulf oil spill.

Awesome item: USB flash drives, flash memory cards and mobile storage devices from PNY Electronics.

Fashion items included Jean shorts from See Thru Soul, seamless stretch jean leggings for Cosabella, capri shapewear to by DKNY Smoothies, custom-designed Adell Adell hoodies, flip-flops by Oka b. and ballet flats from Spare Pear. Accessories included reversible totes by Shoppy Chic, hand made metal belt buckles and chain necklaces by Watto, watches by Deuce Brand and friendship necklaces by Violet Gum Drop.

Hair and beauty products were provided by DDF skincare, Perf-fekt Beauty, Bed Head and Macadamia Natural Oil. Summer beach reading came in the form of books including author Meg Cabo's Runaway, Lucy Christophe's Stolen and Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games.

For kids - or the kid in you - there were The Sing-a-ma-jigs plush toys as well as toys, cards, coffee mugs and luggage tags featuring the popular Hallmark characters Hoops & Yoyo.

NeilMed handed out natural relief from allergies and other sinus symptoms with its various products including Nasa Mist Saline Spray, Neti Pot, Sinus Rinse and Naso Gel among others.

For those who built up an appetite, there was Sprinkles cupcakes, Coca-Cola, One World Vegetarian Cuisine, Icelandic Glacial water and Stoneyfield Organic Yogurt to eat and drink.

Since the event was at the House of Blues, guests received gift certificates to its famous Gospel Brunch. Meanwhile, Segal's own much beloved father, musical genius Charles Segal, set the festive mood with his piano playing.

Charity: The Creative Coalition.

Fashion find: Dekkori footwear accessories like ankle wraps, cuffs, pull-on gladiator boots and others that transform your existing shoes into a whole other pair entirely.

Other items: clothing and accessories from UK-based Superdry, jewels by Park Lane, Kamal stationary, headphones from V-Moda, Dr. Loretta skincare and Dearforms slippers. Guest could indulge in manicures from Nail Garden and get spray tans by Infinity Sun. For babies there were diapers & wipes from Nature Babycare and car seats from Britax, while dogs got Cesar Canine cuisine and treats.

Traveling gift certificates were aplenty. There were stays at Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa in Arizona, The Hotel on Rivington in New York among others.

The outdoor event required lots of hydration and food. Hint and Zico Coconut quenched the thirst, while samples of food from the Montage chefs, Paleta Organic Gourmet Meal Delivery and Isagenix kept the blood sugar up. For the sweet tooth, there was organic ice cream from Sweet Lucie's and frozen yogurt from Yogen Fruz.
