Big cities offer a lot -- plenty to do, culture, public transportation -- but they also have their downfalls, like noise, pollution, higher expenses and, of course, a lot less space. And small towns can have all of the perks of metropolitan areas, plus that great "small town" feeling. You know the one we're talking about. Plus, they often have a really strong sense of community.
Lucky for us, CNNMoney just released their annual list of the best places to live in America. With strong economies, great schools, good health care and more, theses towns have something for everyone. And there are some repeat winners in the top ten – Louisville, CO, for example, was no. 1 on the list in 2011, as well.
