The North American International Auto Show in Detroit is in full swing. Until Jan. 26, the Cobo Center will be a haven for car enthusiasts and new car buyers in the midwest.
Whether you plan on visiting vicariously through friends' social media accounts or media coverage, or actually going to the show, these are the most interesting cars you can spot spinning on a turnstile at the 2014 Detroit auto show.

Cadillac ATS Coupe

The Cadillac ATS sedan has proved itself a formidable opponent to the likes of the BMW 3-Series, Audi A4 and Lexus IS. Now, Cadillac plans on tackling the entry-level luxury coupe market with its ATS Coupe. Set to do battle with the BMW 4-Series, Audi A5 and forthcoming Lexus RC, the ATS Coupe’s most distinct feature isn’t its flowing roofline but its badge. Keen eyes will notice that a wreath no longer surrounds Cadillac’s signature crest. The updated badge was previewed on last year’s Elmiraj concept car, and the ATS Coupe is the first production Cadillac to sport the new crest.
Lexus RC F

We called the Lexus RC F out as one of eight cars we couldn’t wait to see at the Detroit Auto Show, and live shots of the car confirm that it looks fantastic on the floor of the Cobo Center. Simultaneously garish and elegant, the RC F could drive like a truck and we’d still love it; however, with 450 horsepower on tap, we expect it to be as much of a hoot to drive as it is to look at.

Kia GT4 Stinger Concept

Just when you think Kia can’t do any better, the company unveils a stunning concept car like the GT4 Stinger. Low-mounted headlamps give way to peaked fenders, which give the car a distinct and sporty appearance. Three inches longer than the tiny Scion FR-S, the GT4 Stinger concept uses a turbo four-cylinder engine that puts 315 horsepower to the rear wheels. Hopefully we’ll see a production version of the GT4 Stinger in the near future.

Chrysler 200

According to Chrysler, the all-new 200 midsize sedan is the new face of the brand. And as faces go, the new 200s isn’t half-bad to look at, especially compared to the punim of the old Chrysler 200. More important to consumers is what the 200 offers. With a base price of $21,700, every 200 comes with a standard nine-speed automatic. Paired with the company’s four-cylinder engine, Chrysler says the 200 will manage 35 mpg on the highway. An available 295-horsepower V6 with all-wheel drive, as well as tech features like a big 8.4-inch touchscreen and adaptive cruise control (which can sense oncoming traffic and slow the vehicle down without driver intervention) will be available for buyers looking for more luxurious features in their midsize sedan.

Subaru WRX STI

We could go in-depth about the 2015 Subaru WRX STI’s 305-horsepower engine, but the real news is that this signature blue-painted STI with gold BBS wheels will be limited to 1,000 special “Launch Edition” models, which is truly a shame, because no other combination of colors truly does the 2015 WRX STI’s looks justice.
Honda Fit

Look up "progress" in the dictionary, and you’ll likely find a picture of the 2015 Honda Fit. The new Fit is over an inch shorter than its predecessor, yet somehow it offers nearly 5 more cubic feet of passenger room. Honda’s also added 13 horsepower (bringing the total to 130) to the car while increasing fuel economy. The company expects the Fit to be EPA-rated at 33 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway.
