The job search is never easy, especially for older people attempting to step back into their field. MONEY associate editor Susie Poppick sat down with financial expert Kerry Hannon to discuss ways to ease yourself back into the workplace.
Make sure your resume is an appropriate length. Potential employers rarely spend a tremendous amount of time reviewing your resume. So keep it short and concise. Only include past ten years of work experience, but make it count. Make sure you really highlight your achievements.
