Every morning and evening I do a Vision List. I believe in what I saw in the movie The Secret and that is that you create your future. What you have around you now is what you have created. Your thoughts and your actions have created the present and will create the future as well.

My vision list consists of three parts:

1. Thank You:

In this section I am thanking the Universe ahead of time what I intend to receive. For example, If you want a brand new Mercedes in the future you would write it under the Thank You section. The second part of this section is to write down emotions. A lot of times we want something, but we don't have emotions connected to them. I invite you to write down as many items under this list as you want.

For Example: If you wanted a new Mercedes you would write:

New Mercedes: Makes me feel fulfilled, happy, joyful,

2. Jedi Council:

I call the next section the Jedi Council Section. In this section I write down people that I want to work with in the future. They could be famous people, they could be successful people or they can be just people you admire. And with this you also want to write down an emotion.

For Example: Let's say you want to meet Hillary Clinton or do business with her. You would write:

Hillary Clinton: Success, Happiness, Peace of Mind.

You can have as many people on the Jedi Council list as you desire.

3. Gratitude:

This is the last section of the vision list. Who and what are you grateful for? You can be grateful for your computer or your friends or your parents or the rain outside or the plants or the room you are in now. I write down ten things I am grateful for.

Once again we want to write an Emotion next to what we are grateful for.

For Example: Let's say it is raining outside. You would write the following:

Rain: Grateful that the flowers and plants and nature have water-Happiness, Joy.

I invite you to do this list every morning and every evening. The biggest questions in our lives are who are we, where are we going and why are we here. This list will help you answer those questions.

And this list will also make you grateful for the present and very clear and focused for the future.

In life gratitude will increase our altitude and focus and clarity will increase our success.
