Over the last seven years, Jane Krakowski has shown off her musical talents on "30 Rock." From "Muffin Top" to the most recent "Secret Plan," Jenna Maroney's songs have become a staple of the character.
At the wrap party for "30 Rock," Krakowski revealed she was surprised by the reaction "Secret Plan" got. The Huffington Post included the song in the top TV musical moments of 2012.
"There were a few bloggers who were sending tweets that it was their favorite," Krakowski said. "'Secret Plan' took me by surprise because we did a bunch of takes, like very quiet or very big, and they took one of the biggest takes we did. I even had to say I'm sorry to the crew, and that's the one they used."
Krakowski said her fiance was taken aback by the random song moment in the episode titled "My Whole Life Is Thunder." "When it aired, I was just like, 'Oh that is a riot!' I was watching it with my fiance and he doesn't see every episode, but he hadn't seen it in a while and that scene came on and he looked at me and was like, 'What the hell is going on over there at your job!?'" she said with a laugh.
