Fat loss is very simple.
It may not be easy ,but it is simple.
In fact so simple this will be a very short post.
1. Eat all the lean protein you want.
2. Eat all the green vegetables you want.
3. Eat healthy fats.
4. Drink all the water you want. At least 1/2 your body weight in ounces.
If you eat this way you will be as lean, healthy and vibrant as you want.
The key is not to limit yourself. Just know what you can eat and eat for goodness sake's.
Eat the weight off, don't starve it off.
Now isn't that simple?
