The average internet user spends 88% more time on a website with video. 50% of mobile traffic is used on videos. By 2019, 80% of traffic in the internet will be due to videos. But, how can you use this to your advantage?

While carrying out the video marketing campaign you need to keep some things in mind that would help you to manage the entire procedure efficiently.

  • Keep your video short. If you can say what you need in a minute or so, you are golden my friend! Let’s get real; no-one has the time! Just because instagram extended their videos to 60 seconds, doesn’t mean you have to use the full minute. Go to the heart of it. It’s all about captivating that news-feed scroll.
  • Make a proper schedule after you set up the contents for a group of videos. Give your videos even spaces and avoid too much crowd. It would give users a fresh idea about your brand and they would feel interested to look for the services and products you provide.
  • Call to action: Start measuring the ROI for your videos knowing you are on the right track. Get an approximate number of viewers for your video and how many times users have watched your video. For brand awareness videos is a little harder to track, but simply measuring clicks and followers is good enough to know if your campaign is being successful.
  • Explain your services or your product. Let the customer know more about you, with fun video content. It will make a memorable impact and most likely convert to customers. Check out our latest Tinylicious production: Lucia Rocio’s video about her fashion style business. In less than 2 minutes she is able to explain her business. She uses this video for her landing page, where people can easily contact her.
  • Choose the right hosting space for your videos. You can post the videos on your business website that would be useful to reap the SEO values of the websites. It would improve your search ranking helping your brand to gain popularity over the web.

Bottom line: There are a few key pieces to have in mind before even starting production. From what’s the desired outcome of the video, to what content are you going to choose for it. The important thing is to NOT skip them as they can influence the success of your campaign.
