This episode of The Future In 5 I wanted to talk about the five workplace practices that are completely out-of-date. They are 1) hierarchy, 2) working fixed hours, 3) looking at offices as strictly a place of work, 4) executives and managers controlling information, and 5) annual employee reviews. I talk about these five practices and explain why they are on the way out. We are already seeing shifts in organizations' corporate culture. My guess is that we will see most of these practices disappear in the next five to ten years and be replaced. There are other practices I will cover in future episodes. So, what are your thoughts? Tune in! Then take a moment and share your comments below.
