Watch More Than 500 People Pay Tribute To David Bowie With 'Space Oddity'

"The stars look very different today."

In the wake of David Bowie’s death earlier this month, tributes for the music legend have been pouring in from every corner of the globe.

This past week, a particularly moving homage for the “Ziggy Stardust” singer has gone viral: a video showing a 500-strong choir in Toronto singing Bowie’s hit song “Space Oddity.”

The performance, held at the Art Gallery of Ontario on Jan. 16, was organized by Choir! Choir! Choir!, an open choir that welcomes members of the public to gather and sing. More than 500 Bowie fans gathered to participate in the tribute.

“RIP Starman: to say we'll miss you doesn't even scratch the surface,” the group wrote on YouTube.
