Unfortunately, you don't have much of a choice (if you want to pass your exams, that is) so let's make the best of the situation by focusing on brain food. Avocados

High in stress-relieving B-vitamins and potassium, avocados make the perfect fruit for lowering blood pressure and stress levels.
