We hosted a full day on the Future of Work last at the Work Awesome conference in New York — and this year we are doing it again in November in Berlin at WorkAwesome.de

Humans and machines. How will they live together?

The new job of leadership: millenials, offsite workers, global cultures and also those pesky machines.

Innovation itself. The accelerating pace of change is changing work.

The office, the workplace, the factory, the home, the cafe, the war room, the assembly hall, and the music room.

How to hire people in the age of robots.

The world is getting older — fast. There won’t be enough workers in a little while.

What to do with all the unemployed people in a world where all the work is automated. Basic Income? Welfare? Safety nets?

We’ll be answering these questions in November in Berlin. Make sure you put these topics on your checklist before attending any conference trying to tell what the future of work holds this year.
