Calling it the Paris of South America may be a bit of a stretch, but glamorous Buenos Aires has a distinctive verve despite the many financial calamities the Argentine government has inflicted on its citizens. The home of tango and, perhaps, the world's best steaks, there's much to learn from one of the Southern Hemisphere's most cosmopolitan destinations, where locals are so effortlessly chic that their very nickname is cool.
