Think a cane and a little gray hair will get in the way of life? Think again.

An 80-something woman aimed to shatter stereotypes surrounding older people by showing off her moves on a Spanish TV show. It all started in a busy Madrid square one afternoon, when the woman stopped to watch a couple passionately dancing. She commented to other bystanders that while the dancing was amazing, she surely wouldn't be able to do the same.

But when the male dancer asked for a volunteer from the crowd, the woman stepped forward, but is told she's "too old." Eventually he relents, saying they'll take it slow with a little tango.

But in no time, the woman has found her groove and whips off her hat and jacket to unleash some seriously wild dips, swings and twirls, shocking bystanders both young and old.

Huff/Post50 blogger Phyllis Sues is still doing the tango in her 90s and even says it helps keep her young.

As for the 80-something dancer extraordinaire, she ended her dance with a bow proclaiming, "We are all young."

Ain't that the truth!
