Walmart continues to roll out holiday specials including a $78 Blu-ray player sale on Black Friday. In addition to the low price Blu-ray consoles, Walmart will also be selling $10 Blu-ray movies on Black Friday. With low price players and films, it is a perfect time for customers to invest in a Blu-ray system.

Barnes and Noble's Nook eReader is now sold out for the Holidays. Barnes & Noble will begin shipping new orders for the popular Nook on January 4th. With Sony's Daily Edition Reader and B&N's Nook unable to arrive before Christmas, consumers looking for an eReader with Wi-Fi capabilities will have no choice but to purchase a Kindle from Amazon.

A record executive was arrested yesterday after failing to tweet. During an event for YouTube celebrity Justin Beiber, James Rappo, an executive at Def Jam was taken into custody after the crowd grew increasingly rowdy. The Police asked the Beiber and his representative's to tweet to the audience that the event was out of hand and needed to calm down. Beiber's representatives did not do so, and Rappo was subsequently arrested.

New Moon, the sequel to Twilight, brought massive audiences to the box office this weekend. The much hyped sequel earned $140.7 million domestically, and an additional $118.1 million internationally, for a worldwide total of $258.8 million. The only film to earn more domestically than New Moon was the Dark Knight, which garnered $260 million in its opening weekend.
