The most common retort to the question of whether or not someone practices yoga is, "I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible." Yoga teachers and practitioners around the world instantly respond, "It's not about flexibility!" But with images of bendy yogis increasingly public, it's hard for a new practitioner to feel welcome in the yoga space.
