Aaron Paul of “Breaking Bad” has joined HBO’s “Westworld” for its third season, according to reports.
Producers didn’t provide details, but Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter wrote Thursday that Paul will be a regular on the sci-fi series, which features robots that fulfill human fantasies until the arrangement goes haywire in a robot revolt.
Paul appeared to confirm the news himself on Twitter Thursday.
Paul, who won three best supporting actor Emmys for playing Jesse Pinkman on AMC’s meth-making drama “Breaking Bad,” will be joining a show that is up for 21 Emmys next week, including best drama series. “Westworld” was shut out at the 2017 Emmys.
The Emmy Awards broadcast begins Monday at 7:30 Eastern on NBC.
