Aaron Paul won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards.

Paul won his second career Emmy, beating out his "Breaking Bad" co-star Giancarlo Esposito, Jared Harris from "Mad Men," last year's winner Peter Dinklage from "Game Of Thrones" and Brendan Coyle and Jim Carter from "Downton Abbey."

An overjoyed Paul thanked his "Breaking Bad" colleagues in his acceptance speech. "Giancarlo Esposito, I'm so honored to share this category with you." He thanked series creator Vince Gilligan for keeping his character Jesse Pinkman on the show for so long. "Thank you so much for not killing me off. That was the plan."

Paul also thanked his family, and took a moment to appreciate how far his career had come. "My parents, thank you so much for kicking me out of the house ... Thank you, Hollywood, for allowing me to be part of your group."
