Adam Levine Shows Off His Blake Shelton Impression On 'The Tonight Show'

With a week to go before the first-ever fall premiere of "The Voice," Adam Levine dropped by "The Tonight Show" to talk it up. While he was there, Jay Leno wanted to know more about Levine's impression of his co-coach Blake Shelton. He's had more than two seasons to perfect Shelton's southern drawl, and it looks like he's got it down.

Levine gave Leno a teaser of the impression during the interview, saying that it just kind of comes naturally. But it looks like fans can look forward to seeing it during the Blind Auditions round of "The Voice" as well, based on a clip Leno played from the upcoming third season.

"When I look on that stage, I don’t see a country singer. I see a star. You know, I happen to know Kelly Clarkson. She is a friend of mine. I’m married to a country singer and I wanna go buy your record on iTunes right now, ‘cuz I’m a fan," Levine said in the clip, showing off his impressive Shelton impression.

Luckily, it looked like Shelton was enjoying it as much as Leno was. Watch for Levin's impression during the new season of "The Voice," with a special three-night premiere, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, starting Sept. 10 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
