Adele has a strong message for people who pressure moms to breastfeed.

The British pop star didn't mince words when speaking out about the issue during a show at London's O2 Arena on Tuesday night.

A video going viral over the weekend shows her posing for pictures on stage when a fan asks her about the topic:

"The pressure on us is fucking ridiculous," Adele replies. "And all those people who put pressure on us, you can go fuck yourselves, all right? Because it's hard. Some of us can't do it. I managed about nine weeks with my boobs."

The "Hello" singer, mother of 3-year-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki, later told the audience new mothers shouldn't be embarrassed about not being able to breastfeed and should feed their children in the best possible way.

"All I wanted to do was breastfeed and then I couldn't and then I felt like, 'If I was in the jungle now back in the day, my kid would be dead because my milk's gone,'" she added.

During the same show, she also said Mariah Carey "should be in the Bible," and paid tribute to Brussels following the terror attacks by singing "Make You Feel My Love" as the crowd held up cell phone lights.
