Well, hello there, Adele.
After making a triumphant return to the music world with the release of hit single "Hello," the singer has now also made it back to the stage with her first live performance since the 2013 Oscars. During a recording for an upcoming BBC special, Adele sang the hit off her upcoming album, "25." A clip of the spot has now been released for your slack-jawed worshipping viewing pleasure. Be warned: there's no way you're making through this with dry eyes.
Adele's special also includes an interview with Graham Norton, who speaks with her in the clip about her management's involvement with her Twitter account.
"I'm not a drinker anymore, but when Twitter first came out I was like drunk-tweeting and nearly put my foot it in quite a few times," she said. "So, my management decided that you have to go through, like, two people and then it has to be signed off by someone."
"25" marks Adele's first studio album since 2011's "21," and aside from dropping the record-breaking "Hello" in October -- which sold 1.1 million downloads in the first seven days after its release -- the singer got back in touch with fans in an in-depth interview with Rolling Stone. In the profile, Adele opens up specifically about her relationship to the spotlight:
"People think I hate being famous. And I don't. I'm really frightened of it," she said. "I think it's really toxic ... Watching Amy [Winehouse] deteriorate is one of the reasons I'm a bit frightened. We were all very entertained by her being a mess."
Adele's BBC special will air Nov. 20, the release date of "25."
