Adrienne Bailon might not regret dating Rob Kardashian, but she sure does regret getting his name tattooed on her derriere.
"I've gotten pretty bad tattoos before," Bailon said about her scandalous Kardashian tattoo during a recent episode of "The Real," a new daytime talk show she is co-hosting. "Everybody knows I have the ratchetest booty tattoo of an ex-boyfriend. I don't know what I was thinking."
The singer and her reality-star ex, who dated from 2007 to 2009, decided to get each other's names tattooed on their bodies. Bailon got "Robert A. Kardashian" tattooed onto her backside. He got "Adrienne E. Bailon" on his ribcage.
"It's awful. Ten-letter last name, 'Kardashian.' It's pretty bad. Now that is a ratchet tattoo. I made a very bad decision. Don't follow my example," she said, later adding that she is in the process of getting it removed. “You can smell your flesh burning, and it’s my ass flesh burning. All bad... Booty tattoos, names of other men: ratchet. Don’t do it!”
That tattoo must have been particularly regrettable when the former "Cheetah Girls" star discovered Kardashian cheated on her. He even admitted it on a 2010 episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," months after the two split. Her career and his schooling were also cited as reasons behind the breakup.
The relationship might have ended badly, but Bailon does still appreciate the better times.
"You know, it's like one of your first loves, and from so back in the day," she said on-air with Zach Sang in May. "Even though things didn't go right, you look back at it five years later and you're like, 'Damn, that was nice what it was. What we had was great and it didn't work out.' You move on and you grow from it. You don't hold any bad feelings towards that person because it was so back then."
