NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report) - The war in Afghanistan "is not going very well at all" and appears to be an uphill struggle, according to top-secret classified documents leaked to Duh Magazine.

According to Franklin Merse, executive editor of Duh, "these documents should serve as a wakeup call to anyone who thought that the war in Afghanistan was going really well."

Obtaining the top-secret documents could be the journalistic coup of the year, Merse acknowledged: "I don't want us to get ahead of ourselves, but around here a lot of us are thinking Pulitzer."

In addition to the lead story, "War in Afghanistan Not Going Very Well," the current issue of Duh contains such other breaking news as "Oil Spill Could Be Bad for Gulf" and "Mel Gibson Having Trouble with Temper." More here.
