We had our first trip under the tent on Wednesday night with the premiere of "American Horror Story: Freak Show," but it still left us with questions. Some included: Where is Emma Roberts? When will we meet Angela Bassett's three-breasted woman? Will the cast sing more modern songs? The answers have arrived.
In a brand new trailer Roberts' Maggie Esmerelda, a con artist and fortune teller with a crystal ball, and Denis O'Hare's Stanley, another con artist, are looking at skeletons and artifacts much like the animated ones in the opening credits. Maggie will appear in Episode 3 when, according to Ryan Murphy, things turn "terribly bad."
We also meet Angela Bassett's Desiree Dupree, new wife to Michael Chiklis' Del Toledo, a three-breasted woman, and according to her, a "full-blown hermaphrodite." But the best part of the trailer? Sarah Paulson's Dot singing Fiona Apple's "Criminal" from next week's special 90-minute episode. Get very, very excited.
