PHOTOS: AIDS Walk San Francisco Raises HOW Much?

25,000 people gathered in Golden Gate Park on Sunday for the 25th annual AIDS Walk San Francisco and raised a staggering $3,011,245 to support HIV prevention, testing, and care services at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

"Today, tens of thousands of participants, supported by an extraordinary number of individual donors, raised $3,011,245 to make a real difference in the fight against HIV," said AIDS Walk San Francisco founder and organizer Craig R. Miller.

SInce 1987, AIDS Walk San Francisco has raised more than $77 million dollars to support AIDS services, making it the largest AIDS fundraising event in Northern California.
