Albany Capital 'Man cave' workers got overtime

ALBANY -- Two state workers who allegedly smoked pot and snoozed away their days inside a secret "man cave" racked up more than $28,400 in taxpayer-funded overtime in the past five years, records show.

Louis Marciano, 50, of Rensselaer, a supervisor for the state Office of General Services, made $23,738 for 919 hours of overtime since July 2004, according to data from state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli's office.
