Alec Baldwin Is 'The White, Male Star Jones,' Says Alan Cumming

Alec Baldwin's dramatic weight loss has not gone unnoticed by his celebrity friends. The change prompted "The Good Wife" star Alan Cumming to poke fun at Baldwin Monday night at the Hamptons International Film Festival Awards.

"He's like the white, male Star Jones," joked Cumming onstage. "He's younger and thinner every time I see him. It must be the Hamptons."

Baldwin didn't miss a beat. "What would Star Jones say about this?" he asked, imitating Jones.

Jones had returned to the headlines when Anderson Cooper responded to her claim that his decision to confirm he's gay was driven by ratings. Tuesday, Cooper had more harsh words for the former "View" co-host.

"Don’t get me in a war with Star Jones now. I said my piece on Star Jones. I am not one to have a feud. She tweeted back something. I said my piece, and then she tweeted me and I'm not responding. Actually, the 'Today' show tried to book me to go on with Star Jones so we could tussle. I was like, 'I've got nothing to say, nor do I want to be in a room with her.' I'm done," Anderson said on his daytime talk show.
