Leave it to Alessandra Ambrosio, who walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show pregnant (and in lingerie, natch), to keep working up till the day she pops... and after.
The Brazilian model, who's been hitting runways and shoots as her baby bump grows bigger and bigger, told Vogue UK that she's even got herself all booked up with post-pregnancy gigs:
"I already have jobs planned for afterwards so hopefully will be back in shape! [...] I told my booker and my manager; 'I know I have a job to do, so just book the jobs and hopefully it'll be fine.' I only have a few more jobs to do before I have the baby -- all editorial, no more catwalk now -- and then I hope to be back in London for the opening of the Victoria's Secret store in July. I should definitely be back for the next Victoria's Secret show -- I have quite a while until then."
And resting will come... never? Ambrosio, already mother to 3-year-old Anja Louise, has been keeping her schedule full up to this point. She hit the Colcci runway during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in January, posed for Colcci's latest campaign with Ashton Kutcher and reunited with her Victoria's Secret Angel pals for a pinup-inspired calendar spread for Vman.
Working while pregnant, she told Vogue UK, was no problem: "It's the same thing, the belly button sticks out a bit more, but it's the same job! I feel the same."
