We were lucky enough to take a look inside Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley’s former penthouse. And now we’re getting a sneak peak into their daughter, Alexa Ray Joel’s New York City apartment.
Kimberly Cole of StyleHaul stepped inside Joel’s abode for an interview about her famous parents and fashion sense. And while we loved learning about her style, we really were excited about seeing her digs.
Joel described her look as bohemian-vintage and her house definitely matched. In her living room we caught glimpses of furniture like a black painted fireplace with a row of candles lining the mantle. There were also tons of photos of her parents and gorgeous beaded chandeliers. Her bedroom was very antique-looking with large, white and peach pillows, some of which had floral accents.
But the most impressive space was the intimate piano room. The windows were decked with long red curtains that complimented the black piano and dark-colored flower arrangements. Cole ended the interview on Joel’s amazing rooftop where she said she finds inspiration and meditates.
