Winner of Season 19 and forever "Fresh Prince" BFF in your mind, Alfonso Ribeiro, will fill in for Tom Bergeron on "Dancing with the Stars" as the longtime host visits his sick father. Ribeiro will co-host alongside Erin Andrews.

On Sunday night, Bergeron tweeted his update along with a childhood photo.

After Bergeron broke the news, Ribeiro shared on Facebook his condolences, saying, "I will be filling in for Tom Bergeron tomorrow night on 'Dancing With The Stars.' I will be there with a heavy heart for my friend Tom and the Bergeron family.'"

It may seem like it was just yesterday when Ribeiro won the celebrity boogie competition, but somehow the show is already in its 21st season. Paula Deen, Nick Carter and Gary Busey are still jittering amidst the constellation, along with many other stars this season.

In any case, Ribeiro is sure to make a great host/astronomer Monday night, but also be sure to wish Bergeron and his family well as you stare into the dotted heavens.
