Former Miami Heat center Alonzo Mourning and his wife, Tracy, have just purchased a mansion in Pinecrest for $4.5 million, the Daily Business Review reports.

Though a downgrade in price from the 8-bedroom waterfront Coral Gables mansion they bought for $12.75 million in 2005, now on the market for $13.9 million, the couple are gaining a still-massive six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate on nearly an acre of land.

The gated, two-story home was built in 2008 and also has a guest house where visitors will have two bedrooms to themselves.

Plus, like any respectable South Florida star's abode, the Mournings can entertain around the massive pool, which boasts "hidden" hot tub and is surrounded by a gorgeous flagstone lounging area.
