Amanda Bynes has been spending a lot of time on the operating table lately.
The troubled star, who just recently took to Twitter to announce that she's taken care of a "birth defect" with yet another nose job, now tells RadarOnline that she also had her breast implant removed.
"They were uncomfortable… I prefer them out," the 27-year-old told the website via email, explaining that she went under the knife earlier this month to return to her natural size -- an A-cup.
The former Nickelodeon star likely had the surgery done at the same time as her second rhinoplasty; however, a source told RadarOnline that Bynes' surgeons encountered some complications when it came to removing her implants.
"A tube got lodged in her breast and Amanda was in pain,” an insider claiming to be close to Bynes revealed. “But she is much better now and even told me, ‘[My breasts] look amazing without the implants!’”
Despite the complications, Bynes apparently hasn't been deterred from surgery yet. On Wednesday, she tweeted that she would be undergoing yet another surgery on her nose on Saturday.
We have to wonder what kind of doctor is willing to perform so many surgeries in such quick succession, and the insider told Radar that Bynes has "become addicted to the confidence each surgery gives her."
That's not surprising, since Bynes tweeted: "Surgery is a complete miracle for me - nothing...can hold you back from living out your dreams. There's a surgery for everything that's wrong with you!"
According to Radar's insider, Bynes said she stopped working in Hollywood because she was so insecure about her appearance, but once the surgeries are complete she's eager to start filming video for the music career she plans on launching with rapper Waka Flocka Flame.
