With the Knicks again facing playoff elimination, Amar'e Stoudemire appeared to bring some spirituality to a pre-game practice on Saturday morning.

Stoudemire, who learned in 2010 that his mother was Jewish, was wearing a yarmulke when speaking to reporters at a shootaround several hours before Game 6 of the Knicks-Pacers series.

Although Stoudemire doesn't seem to be adding the yarmulke to his daily routine, this isn't the first time that he has sported the religious head covering. He wore one along with a talit at his wedding back in December.
