An Amber Alert for a missing 12-year-old east Tennessee girl has been called off after she was found safe Monday morning.
Constance Morris, known to friends and family as "Gabi," was found at an Oak Ridge Walmart, about 30 miles northeast of Rockwood, where she was reported as last seen Sunday night, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said.
The state crime agency promised more details to come while announcing her recovery on Twitter just before noon.
Constance's recovery follows the issue of a statewide Amber Alert, with authorities noting a brown and tan Dodge pickup truck spotted in the area of her disappearance.
Constance is 5-foot-1, weighs 155 pounds and has brownish black hair and hazel eyes.
