Being a successful entrepreneur isn't about reinventing the wheel, according to Canadian TV personality Amber Mac. It's about making the technology that's already out there work for you.
"It's not about innovation, it's about adaptation," Mac said during an interview with Shopify, an eCommerce site.

Mac, who also blogs for Fast Company and is the founder of media company Konnekt, is serving as a mentor in Shopify's Build A Business Competition.
The competition offers new businesses a $50,000 top prize and the chance to receive more invaluable advice from successful entrepreneurs like Mark Cuban and Arianna Huffington.
