'American Horror Story' And 'Scream Queens' Have One Creepy Connection

Creepy ... but also good-looking.

"Scream Queens," the new slasher comedy on Fox, hasn't revealed the identity of the man in the red devil costume using his chainsaw to terrorize the women of Kappa Kappa Tau.

But "American Horror Story" fans will recognize him, because this guy ...

... is played by the same stuntman, Riley Schmidt, as this guy:

And here's what he looks like, sans mask:

Spoiler alert: Schmidt performed all the Rubber Man stunts in the first season of "AHS" for actor Evan Peters -- whose character, Tate, was the real man behind the mask in the show.

It's good to know Schmidt is still up to the same, murderous ways on the small screen.

"Scream Queens" airs on Fox at 9:00 p.m. Tuesdays.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" debuts on FX at 10:00 p.m. on Oct. 7.

CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article misidentified Evan Peters' "Murder House" character, which was Tate Langdon, not Jimmy Darling (Peters' "Freak Show" character).
