At this point in the American food dialogue, we don't need to tell you that there's something wrong with our current system. You already know. Enough films have been made, enough articles written, enough organizations started to at least bring awareness to food-conscious people. We've learned about the perils of factory farming, despite the fact that we still rely on them. We're educated about the importance of organic farming practices, though we might still opt for conventional produce to save a couple bucks.
