Amy Schumer And Ben Hanisch Break Off Their Romance

They split "after thoughtful consideration."

Comedian Amy Schumer and Ben Hanisch are no longer a couple.

“Amy and Ben have ended their relationship after thoughtful consideration and remain friends,” a rep for Schumer told People on Tuesday.

The “Snatched” star told Howard Stern as recently as May 3 that she and Hanisch were still together, according to the outlet. But E! News noted in the segment above that Schumer and Hanisch had not been spotted together in months.

Schumer went public on her relationship with Hanisch, a furniture designer, in January 2016, when he accompanied her to the White House.

She wrote in her book “The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo” that they met on a dating app.

In November, Schumer captioned an Instagram photo of Hanisch, “A year ago today I met the love of my life. Happy anniversary fuckface.”
