Last week, the Internet pretty much exploded when a photo of Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence -- two of the coolest ladies in Hollywood -- riding a jet ski together surfaced.
The "Trainwreck" star shared the photo on her Instagram page with the simple caption, "JLaw #maniac." You may remember it:
On last night's episode of "The Daily Show," the comedian explained to host Jon Stewart exactly how the two stars ended up together before admitting JLaw is "the last person you want to be next to" in photos.
Schumer told Stewart that she takes an annual trip with her friends from high school. But for this year's vacation (which was in the Hamptons), Schumer also invited "The Hunger Games" star, who she's become friends with, to join.
"I was like, 'Oh, we're going on a boat tomorrow. You should come.' It was kind of a hypothetical," she said. "And she [Lawrence] was like, 'I think I'm coming!'"
The party-filled weekend was (luckily for us) memorialized in photos, which Schumer didn't seem too pleased about.
"It was a complete viral thing. It's my picture next to Jennifer Lawrence. It's the last person you want to be next to. In all the pictures we took of us, I look like her coach," she told Stewart jokingly, as photos of the women flashed on screen. "I look like I'm telling her to take a knee ... I just look like I'm coaching her."
