A month after posting the first photo of her daughter on Instagram, actress Amy Smart thanked the “kind, loving surrogate” who carried her.
In December, the “Justified” actress shared the news that she and her husband, Carter Oosterhouse, had welcomed a daughter named Flora. On Monday, Smart posted another photo of Flora and revealed on Instagram that a surrogate carried the baby after Smart’s “years of fertility struggles.”
“Feeling so grateful to have her in my arms,” Smart wrote in the caption.
Oosterhouse also shared a photo of his daughter on Instagram in December and wrote the couple was “so excited” to share the news of her arrival.
“We love you more than you know and can’t wait to experience the journey,” he wrote. “What a blessing.”
