New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is reportedly planning a trade mission to Cuba, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The Obama administration recently announced it was taking historic moves to normalize full relations with the Communist island. The U.S. government is also making it easier for most Americans who want to go to Cuba to find a way to do so under new rules adopted on Friday.
Cuomo's visit would be the first by a high-profile U.S. official since the accord was announced.
