'Anger Management' Jokes About Selma Blair And Charlie Sheen's Working Relationship (VIDEO)

'Anger Management' Jokes About Selma Blair's Firing

While the news broke this week that Charlie Sheen had fired co-star Selma Blair from "Anger Management," she's still appearing in the latest episodes. In an ironic twist, this week's installment featured lots of jokes about their contentious working relationship.

“And you thought we wouldn’t be able to work together," Kate said at one point to Charlie, rolling her eyes.

At another point, she told him, "In my clinical opinion, you’re stupid.”

“I can’t forget about Kate," Charlie said about her. "For the first time in a long time, we’re enjoying each other’s company. I actually think she’s going to miss me.”

Kate may miss Charlie, but it doesn't seem likely Blair will miss Sheen. The actress reportedly got canned from the show after complaining about Sheen's work ethic. As the executive producer of the show, Sheen pulled rank and fired Blair.

At the time of her firing, "Anger Management" was about halfway through shooting its 90-episode order, so she'll be appearing in at least a few more episodes. There's no word on how here character, Kate, will be written out.

For now, Kate and Charlie will continue their on-again/off-again relationship on "Anger Management," Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on FX.
