Anmer Hall Almost Ready For Kate Middleton, Prince William & Prince George To Move In: REPORT

07/29/2013 11:57am ET

It looks like Prince William, Kate and Prince George are finally getting ready to move into their presumed Anmer Hall country home.

According to the Daily Mail, the Queen has reportedly paid the current tenant, James Everett, owner of timber company Norfolk Oak, to vacate the estate. His lease was set to expire in 2017, but hey, family is family.

The news comes just months after learning that the Royal Couple have been planning major renovations for the Georgian property. Those plans supposedly include the addition of a garden room and pergola, along with a new driveway, a newly converted sitting room and a road for public visitors coming to and from St. Mary's Church.

This will be the family's second home as they also have their Kensington Palace apartment, which will serve as their primary residence.

We just can't get enough of this family.
