No sex toy retailer wants this kind of buzz.

A British chain of sex shops is recalling one of its vibrators because of concerns they might get damaged through “prolonged use.”

Ann Summers, a popular sex shop chain in the U.K., is recalling a product called the “Black Power Wand” from its 140 shops, according to the Liverpool Echo.

The company released a statement saying it’s received what it claims are “a very small number of isolated reports of wires in the cord becoming exposed at the base of the product over a prolonged period of use.”

Since the company doesn’t want to give off bad vibes ― literally and figuratively ― each shop is now displaying a notice telling customers who own the “Black Power Wand” to bring it back to the store or call customer service for help, according to the Daily Mail.

Ann Summers’ marketing director Cathy Reid told the Evening Standard that the recall affects Black Power Wands sold after November.

“We continue to ensure all customers affected are reimbursed with a full refund and our customer care teams are available to answer any concerns or queries,” she said.

The product has been removed from online sales as well, according to the Croyden Advertiser.
